Solar companies juggle more moving parts than most: leads coming in from multiple sources, site engineers doing field assessments, designers producing 3D renderings, HR tracking installer teams, and sales chasing deals — all at the same time.
Every role was running its own ad-hoc system. Leads fell through the handoff between sales and engineering. There was no single version of the truth on pipeline or project status. The client needed a product built specifically for this workflow — not a generic CRM bolted into shape.
We designed PVERP ground-up around the solar operations lifecycle. Each of the eight roles — Admin, Sales, Stock, Project Manager, Site Engineer, Designer, HR, and Security — gets a dedicated view surfacing only what matters to them, while sharing a single data model underneath.
The architecture centers on a real-time pipeline: a lead enters from the landing page, gets routed to sales, triaged by a site engineer, handed to design, approved by the project manager, and closed — all within one system, with full audit trail.
Next.js on the frontend, Node backend, Postgres for the data layer. Multi-tenant architecture from day one so the platform supports teams at any scale — from a 1-person installer using Starter to an enterprise running unlimited leads across multiple locations.
We built the billing and subscription system alongside the product, with tiered access control baked into every route. WhatsApp integration, payment tracking, and document management shipped in the same cycle as the core CRM.

We went from tracking leads in WhatsApp groups to every role having a proper system in weeks. Our site engineers and sales team are finally working off the same data.
Eight role-specific dashboards — from Admin oversight to field engineer workflows — on a single shared data layer.
Stock management, project tracking, HR tools, and document management — the full operational backbone for a solar company.
