Texas Scrappers had an excellent track record — 500+ completed projects, 15 years in business, 24/7 emergency availability, and a fully licensed and insured operation — but no digital presence that communicated any of it. Inbound leads were word-of-mouth only.
The brief: build a site that converts. A visitor should immediately understand the company's scope, trust it, and know exactly how to book a consultation — without having to scroll past a wall of text.
Land service clients have high anxiety about choosing the wrong contractor — property damage, no-shows, unlicensed work. We structured the page around proof points that eliminate that anxiety: licensing, insurance, 15 years on the ground, and local market specificity across Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Central Texas.
The design deliberately avoids generic contractor aesthetics. Heavy typography, strong Texas identity ("Built for Texas, Built to Last"), real photography of the crew and equipment, and a clear CTA hierarchy around free consultations and emergency response.
Built on Next.js for performance and SEO. The structure is optimized for local search — service area coverage, schema markup for a service business, and mobile-first design since the majority of land service leads arrive from phones in the field.
Every section has a clear next action: request a quote, call now, or book a free consultation. The emergency services stat strip persists across scroll so urgent leads never have to hunt for a number.
